Day 8 Taiwan - Tea

Relax

Almost the end of our trip, we have our last day as a more relaxing day trip to any where we want. After some serious voting and discussion for 30 sec, we choose MaoKong for some tea tasting and the infamous Shilin Night Market to beat our curiosity.

Let's go!
Crowded as usual in the early morning at Taipei Train Station.
Gondola to the Moutain! Maokong
2 friends scare of height, me and Lim Laa Laa just chillin.
The Crystal Gondola with transparent floor.
Spectacular view and height

The weather was super fine like 5 mins ago, then pouring rain. Well since is Winter season, expect to rain alot especially in Taiwan. From chilling become cold.

Mao Kong is famous for their tea shop all over the place. Some is expensive, some is more affordable, but either is fine.
Tea Shops
The pretty owner lady show us the way to prepare the tea, the ways to enjoy, and how to enjoy.

Believe it or not, the batch of tea that the lady prepare for us is super delicious. It taste mild with tea flavour, perfect temperature that it won't burnt your tongue, the aroma scent is good, and the taste will stay in your mouth for like few minutes. Just wow

We tried it our own following the exact routine the lady shown us. I burnt my tongue.
This is a must try if you never had a proper tea ceremony.

Because this day is a relaxing day, we took our sweet time in the tea shop chit chat, drink and eat till evening, then we head back down to Taipei and to Shilin.
6pm near Shiling Night Market

We didn't took much photos because we are busy eating. However there's isn't anything special for us to take photo about, basically it is same just this is one super large night market.

11pm, gosh tomorrow going back, and we still having finish packing. What a mess!
